At JagJoy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We stand by the durability and design of our products, and to ensure your confidence, we offer the following warranty:

Warranty Coverage:

JagJoy products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect is found during the warranty period, JagJoy will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

What is Covered:

• Defects in materials or craftsmanship that affect functionality or durability

What is Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues such as scratches or dents
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage from accidents or external factors, such as extreme weather or environmental exposure

How to File a Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@jagjoy.com with the following details:

• Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation)
• Description of the issue, including photos or videos if available

Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement if the product is eligible under warranty.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. JagJoy reserves the right to make the final decision on any warranty claim. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
